The automatic FOCUS Traysealing machine, designed to provide maximum simplicity and reliability, is equipped with stainless
steel structure and anodized aluminium moulds in order to provide resistance to all aggressive agents. With a 440x470
mm maximum die dimensions it allows sealing or packing in Modified Atmosphere (MAP) several kinds of containers or trays.
It is equipped with a fast moulds change system that is extremely fast and usable by all operators, even the less experienced, without tools or utensils. It respects all the hygienic prescription avoiding dirt accumulation or liquid stagnation, especially for production environments with a particularly acid and aggressive atmosphere. Such characteristics make FOCUS a suitable machine for small/medium production companies in need of adding automatic systems to their production line.
• Containers feeding system with chain-driven indexer with roller pusher.
• Containers handling by step mode with acceleration ramp and speed adjustable in function of the products.
• Lower mould movement by pneumatic cylinder for sealing and cutting.
• Sealing only and/or gas and vacuum execution (MAP).
